This Privacy Policy explains how Ekaterina Thomas, operating as ET Money Coach ("we", "us", or "our"), collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you visit etmoneycoach.ca (the "Site") or use our coaching services. We are based in British Columbia, Canada, and we handle personal information in accordance with applicable Canadian privacy laws, including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and, where applicable, British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide to us directly:

• Your name and email address when you take our Sacred Money Archetypes quiz, request our free guide, or contact us.
• Your phone number, if you choose to provide it.
• The content of any message you send us through our contact form or by email.
• Your responses to the quiz and the results generated from them.
• Booking and scheduling details when you book a session or a call.
• Payment information when you purchase a session or package. Payment details are entered into and processed by our third-party payment processor and are not stored on our own servers.

Information collected automatically:

When you visit the Site, certain technical information may be collected automatically, such as your IP address, browser type, device information, and how you interact with the Site. Some of this is collected through cookies and similar technologies used by the Site and by the third-party tools embedded in it.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the personal information we collect to:

• respond to your questions and requests;
• deliver our coaching services, including scheduling and managing your sessions;
• send you the free guide or other resources you request;
• send you newsletters, updates, and offers, but only where you have given us consent to do so (see the next section);
• process payments for sessions and packages;
• operate, maintain, and improve the Site; and
• comply with our legal obligations.

3. Consent and Email Communications (CASL)

We send commercial electronic messages, such as newsletters and offers, only in accordance with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). We rely on your express consent, which you give by checking the opt-in box on our forms, or on implied consent where the law permits it. Every commercial email we send includes a clear way to unsubscribe.

You can withdraw your consent and stop receiving marketing emails at any time, either by using the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us at ekaterina@etmoneycoach.ca. Withdrawing consent to marketing does not affect emails we need to send you about a session or purchase you have made.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us run our business and the Site, and only to the extent needed for them to provide their services to us. These include:

• our customer relationship and marketing platform (GoHighLevel / LeadConnector), which stores contact information and powers our forms, email, and booking;
• our payment processor (Stripe), which processes payments securely; and
• our website hosting and content delivery provider (Cloudflare).

Some of these providers are located outside Canada, including in the United States. This means your personal information may be stored or processed in another country and may be accessible to courts, law enforcement, and regulatory authorities in that country. We take reasonable steps to ensure your information is handled with a comparable level of protection. We may also disclose personal information where we are required to do so by law.

5. Cookies and Tracking

The Site and the third-party tools we use may place cookies or similar technologies on your device to help the Site function, remember your preferences, and understand how the Site is used. You can usually control or disable cookies through your browser settings, though some parts of the Site may not work properly if you do.

6. Data Retention

We keep your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. When it is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, subject to any legal obligations we have to retain it.

Under applicable Canadian privacy law, you have the right to:

• ask what personal information we hold about you and request access to it;
• ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete;
• withdraw your consent to our use of your information, including for marketing; and
• ask us to delete your information, subject to legal requirements.

8. Security

We use reasonable physical, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children's Privacy

Our Site and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

10. Links to Other Websites

Our Site may contain links to other websites that we do not control. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those websites, and we encourage you to read their privacy policies.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
