These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of etmoneycoach.ca (the "Site") and the coaching services offered by Ekaterina Thomas, operating as ET Money Coach ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the Site, booking a session, or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.
We offer money coaching sessions and packages, along with free resources such as our guide and the Sacred Money Archetypes quiz. Our coaching is intended to support you in understanding and improving your relationship with money through reflection, education, and guidance.
Our coaching and all content on the Site are provided for general educational and informational purposes only. They are not, and should not be relied on as, personalized financial, investment, accounting, tax, or legal advice.
While Ekaterina Thomas holds a professional accounting designation, working with us as a money coach does not create an accountant, financial advisor, or other professional advisory relationship, and we are not acting in that capacity. You are solely responsible for your own financial decisions. Before making any significant financial, investment, tax, or legal decision, you should consult a licensed professional who can advise on your specific situation.
Coaching outcomes depend on many factors, including your own circumstances and the effort you put in. We do not guarantee any specific financial result or outcome from our coaching, our resources, or the Site.
Sessions and packages can be booked and paid for through the booking and payment tools on the Site. Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment processor. When you purchase a package, it includes a set number of sessions, which we will work with you to schedule.
Cancellations and rescheduling. We ask that you give at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel a booked session. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice, may be counted as used.
Refunds. Complimentary sessions carry no charge. For paid sessions and packages, fees are non-refundable once a session within the package has taken place, except where a refund is required by law. If you have a concern about a payment, please contact us and we will work with you in good faith to resolve it.
Our free guide and the Sacred Money Archetypes quiz are provided for educational and informational purposes only. The quiz is an unofficial recreation based on the Sacred Money Archetypes® framework created by Kendall SummerHawk. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Kendall SummerHawk or any related entity, and all related trademarks belong to their respective owners.
If you opt in, you may receive newsletters, updates, and offers from us by email. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy.
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, the free guide, illustrations, and coaching materials, is owned by Ekaterina Thomas or used with permission, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and use this content for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from it without our written permission.
When you use the Site or our services, you agree to provide accurate information, to use the Site only for lawful purposes, and not to interfere with or disrupt the Site or attempt to access it in any unauthorized way.
The Site and our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ekaterina Thomas and ET Money Coach will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Site or our services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ekaterina Thomas and ET Money Coach from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or your breach of these Terms.
The Site may link to or rely on third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be subject to the courts located in British Columbia.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site or our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
